Identifying Talents and Professional Purpose: we assist professionals who aspire to go forward in their careers in accordance with their unique set of skills, strengths and interests. We help them build an individual, coherent and challenging professional plan. This is done in a set of 4 sessions, in person or via Skype. The objectives are:
- Identify the professional profile of strengths, values, motivations and anchors (on-line test)
- Link the talents with professional achievements and significant contributions
- Determine a consistent and challenging professional purpose
Resume and Professional Interview Preparation: a service particularly useful for persons looking for a new job, who need to prepare an attractive Resume and be ready for an interview that will have a ppositive impact. We provide individual sessions, in person or via Skype, in order to reinforce their skills and make them more effective. In three sessions, we aim to:
- Increase the client’s self-confidence through the identification of professional strengths and contributions (online testing)
- Enhance and update the client’s Resume taking into consideration acquired know-how and concrete contributions
- Provide the appropriate vocabulary for a successful interview
- Analyze and reflect on the most common and/or difficult questions presented in a typical professional interview
LinkedIn Presence and Impact: we offer guidance in the correct use of LinkedIn in order to obtain a high degree of visibility and relevance in the Web, in accordance with their area of expertise and professional aspirations. This process takes 2 to 3 sessions, conducted via Skype, with the following objectives:
- Define the reason to be in LinkedIn;
- Gain a good understanding of LinkedIn, its possibilities and its limitations;
- Prepare and implement a promotional plan in order to attain some relevance;
- Review the impact of changes made by monitoring the amount of visitors to the profile.
